The Black Staff and Faculty Association (BSFA) is centered on four pillars, Communication, Professional Development, Mentorship, and CommUNITY. BSFA’s purpose is to improve communication between Black faculty and staff, campus administration, and the community. Additionally, the Association serves as a link to other Black organizations at Sac State.
