Sacramento State faculty, staff and students can access Tableau's self-service host of online resources and tools, or consult with the IRT University Reporting & Data Services Team to learn how to develop impactful data-scapes that support academic, operational, and strategic decision making.

• Free Access for Faculty & Students. Tableau offers resources and academic use licenses through their online Tableau for Teaching and Tableau for Students programs. These online software resources, library of tutorials, and a dedicated support community help faculty, students, and researchers develop and hone a data analytics skillset in and out of the classroom.
• Access for Staff. Program performance, year-over-year successes, areas to improve? Request Tableau access to create striking visualizations using your own data sets, or leverage University data (drawing from multiple campus data sources including Student, Canvas, HR, Finance, Advancement, and more!).
• Training for Staff. Tableau provides a subscription-based self-paced online training resources including a collection of full-length, in-depth learning paths and courses that cover complete concepts and step-by-step workflows. Departments can purchase access to 1-year subscriptions to Tableau eLearning for $10/month per individual.
