Customer Service Requests
The Customer Service Center is the first point of contact to Facilities Services.
We provide the communications network for the department by receiving and dispatching routine and non-routine service requests.
Services include:
- Issue keys
- Maintain inventory records
- Process work order billing
- Provide project cost estimates
- Replace light bulbs, move furniture
