Hornets Who Lead: Empowering Leaders in the CAMPus Community

In partnership with the College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), the Office of Student Organizations & Leadership (SO&L) presents a dynamic series of leadership development workshops designed to connect CAMP students with the principles of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development. Through this series, students will explore three key areas: Individual Values, focusing on social identity development, personal values, and putting those values into action; Group Values, emphasizing collaboration toward a common purpose and navigating conflict through civility; and Community Values, highlighting the importance of community engagement and fostering positive change. This partnership aims to empower students with the tools to lead with purpose and impact.
