Leadership Conferences

Student Organizations & Leadership hosts two leadership conferences each academic year: Fall Leadership Conference & Diversity Leadership Conference.

Both conference provide all students at Sacramento State with an opportunity to learn about leadership and develop important individual and organizational leadership skills through workshops hosted by campus and community partners. Build your resume, network with student leaders, and strengthen your potential for academic, personal, and professional success!

Fall 2025 Leadership Conference

SO&L’s Fall Leadership Conference serves as an opportunity to create a space for students to understand leadership in various forms and that there is no one right way of doing leadership. Students engage with their peers through a series of activities & workshops that are facilitated by the Sac State community.

Diversity Leadership Conference

The Diversity Leadership Conference is a week-long conference hosted every spring semester with 2-3 workshops per day. This conference was developed with the intention of creating opportunities for students to engage in programming that addresses topics through a diverse, equity-minded, and inclusive (DEI) lens. Students will be able to learn about various topics presented by their peers, faculty/staff, and community members.
