Sac State Stress Less Week
Sac State’s Stress Less Week – Fall 2024, which is from 12/2-12/6, encourages students to take a mental health and wellness break to have fun, learn about stress management tools, and gain knowledge about campus wellness resources. This week includes events, activities, and workshops to help students de-stress before finals week and the end of the semester.
