Supporting Students with Reasonable Accommodations:
The Career Center offers early access to all our career fairs for students who require reasonable accommodations and may find crowded environments challenging, to ensure inclusivity and equal opportunities for all participants. As part of our mission to provide equitable services, we highly encourage employers to be set up one hour early to meet these accommodations.
Here to Career Workshops
Employers lead a workshop on a career/professional development topic (e.g., resume development, interview techniques, LinkedIn 101, etc.). This workshop is a great way to share employer expertise, engage with students and increase brand recognition. These workshops take place on Wednesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Workshops can be held virtually or in-person (pending space availability). If you are interested in scheduling a workshop with us, please email us at careercenter@csus.edu.
Please note: We begin booking for each semester during the previous semester (e.g., We begin booking for Spring 2025 during Fall 2024). Spaces fill up quickly and our Hornet Partners receive priority scheduling.
Meet the Employer Information Sessions
Employers lead an information session where they discuss their company, available internship/employment opportunities and how to apply, followed by a student Q&A session afterwards. These workshops take place on Thursdays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Workshops can be held virtually or in-person (pending space availability). If you are interested in scheduling a workshop with us, please email us at careercenter@csus.edu.

Employers can table on campus to engage with students. We will provide tables, chairs, and a canopy if the weather requires it. Tabling takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Non-Hornet Partners can table 1x per semester in front of Lassen Hall (where the Career Center is located). Hornet Partners can table varying amounts depending on their level of partnership.
