Young Women of Color (YWOC) Consortium

The Young Women of Color Consortium is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive community. We invite all individuals—regardless of identity or status—who are committed to our goals of empowerment, academic success, and leadership development to participate. Everyone aligned with these principles is welcome here.

The California State University Young Women of Color (YWOC) Consortium is an initiative being piloted and led by Sacramento State to create an atmosphere of support, belonging, leadership and success for young women of color. The mission of the consortium is designed to foster the achievement of women leaders, faculty, staff, community members and students to reach their highest heights in pursuit of their academic, personal, career, and life success attainment goals.
