Sacramento State is excited to host the Black Excellence Experience on Thursday, February 27th & Friday, February 28th—a transformative event designed to celebrate, empower, and connect Black high school seniors and transfer students with the rich opportunities available at Sac State. This experience is more than just a campus visit—it’s a culturally immersive, community-driven event that will show students how they can thrive academically, socially, and professionally at our university. Event Schedule

Thursday, February 27th

5:30 - 6:30 p.m: Check-in/Pregame Reception –Athletic Lobby

7 p.m.: Men’s Basketball Game vs. Montana- The Nest

Friday, February 28th

9 - 10 a.m.: Check-in/ Diversity Fair-UU Ballroom

10 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Campus Tour/Lassen Open House

12 - 1 p.m.: Lunch-UU Ballroom

1 - 3 p.m.: On-Spot Admission/Celebration of ITE –Black Honors College

1:30 - 3 p.m.: Black Experience Expo-University Union Ballroom
