Executive Trainers Program

Executive Trainers are graduate students across a number of disciplines in the university community who utilize their sphere of influence to help undergraduate students be successful in their academic careers. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of caring and directed support that enhances and enriches the student success experience.

As a driver for degree completion, the program strives to provide for the ongoing vibrancy of our communities through peer leadership, campus engagement, and fostering a dual sense of belonging for undergraduates and graduate-level students.

The Executive Trainers Program is led by a mission of service, activism in day-to-day student success activities, and is designed to promote retention, student persistence, and timely to graduation through executive-level peer leadership programming and interventions that strive to support college degree attainment.
