About The Center
The Dreamer Resource Center is a supportive space dedicated to empowering undocumented students and those from mixed-status families. As a beacon of guidance and assistance, it offers a wide array of programs & student support services tailored to meet the unique needs of its community. From a 2-unit class and financial aid resources to legal support and mental health counseling, the center strives to create a nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Through advocacy, outreach, and education, the Dreamer Resource Center embodies Sacramento State's commitment to inclusivity, equity, and diversity, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to pursue their dreams regardless of their immigration status.
Mission
We help make the dream of a college degree a reality for undocumented students and students with mixed-status families at Sacramento State. The goal of the Center is to help students overcome the unique challenges that get in the way of achieving academic, personal, and professional excellence.
