Housing Accommodations at North Village 

The Disability Access Center (DAC) looks forward to assisting you with your housing accommodation needs for Sac State’s North Village on-campus housing community. We suggest that you schedule a tour of North Village so that you gain a better understanding of the community and have an idea of the available room types based on your academic standing. If you need to discuss specific accommodation concerns during your tour, please contact housing@csus.edu and request a tour with the Associate Director for Housing Business Operations.

Application Process

Please carefully read the information below and contact the DAC at dac@csus.edu or 916.278.6955 if you have questions about the application process.

The review deadline for Fall 2024 on-campus housing accommodation requests is May 3, 2024. To apply for housing accommodations at North Village, students must follow our three-step process:

  1. Complete your North Village housing Application. When asked “Do you have a Housing Accommodation Request?” please select “yes,” and provide specific details about your housing accommodation request.
  2. If you are not already registered with the DAC, you must Apply with the DAC.
  3. Submit your completed Housing Accommodation Medical Provider Form to the DAC at dac@csus.edu.
  4. If your housing accommodation includes the need for an ESA, please contact the DAC at dac@csus.edu for more information.

Your housing accommodation request is considered received once you have completed all the steps above. The DAC will review requests received after the priority date on a first-come, first-served basis. Having an approved accommodation does not guarantee that an appropriate space will be available.
