The Biracial and Multiracial Institute of Achievement (BMIA) has a mission to serve and support students representing multiple racial identities to advance their degree attainment goals and to emerge as visionary leaders transforming their communities, hopes, and dreams into instruments of inspiration and educational and occupational empowerment.

Services
- Supporting students who identify with multiple racial and ethnic groups through personalized advising and peer support
- Provision of workshops and seminars related to contemporary issues and multi-racial identities
- Helping to elevate the student success needs of students and to help them chart the path to the degree
- Pairing students with an Equity Apprentice to help them with academic, professional and life planning beyond college and to provide referral to appropriate resources
- Promoting the retention and graduation of students with multiple racial identities by helping them to achieve their collegiate goals through comprehensive support provision that is responsive, student development oriented, timely, and culturally sensitive
- Connection to program scholars through professional mentorship to help cultivate the skills and experiences essential to occupational and interpersonal success in the business world
