Employee Engagement
The program works to build employee engagement through professional development, skill building, and other activities meant to deepen staff and managers’ connection to their work and colleagues. Engaged employees get more satisfaction from their positions, are more productive, feel a deeper connection between their work and the mission of the university, experience a greater sense of wellbeing, and are more likely to stay with the organization.
