Goal: To promote early awareness of college access and career preparation for K-12 Asian Pacific Islander Desi American students and their families.

Everyone is welcome to attend APIDA College Day (e.g., parents and students of all ages, K-12, community college students, students attending a four-year institution, students interested in a vocation degree and out of school youth.
The purpose of APIDA College Day is to ensure APIDA students and their families are included and provided tools, resources, and guidance of college access and career preparation for post-secondary college and career pathways and options.

Yes, parking is FREE. All guests can park without a permit in STUDENT spaces on the 5th and 6th floor of Parking Structure 3 on March 6 and 7, 2025. Lot 9 is for buses.
- LOADING ZONE 1: Between PS3 and Staff Lot 6 or LOADING ZONE 2: On Stadium Drive, in front of Broad Field House
- After dropping off passengers in Loading Zone 1 or 2, continue straight through traffic right, into Parking Lot 9 for parking.
Schools may arrive as early as 8:30 am and must check-in by 9 am. A representative per school site will check-in in the University Union, Lobby Suite. The event will conclude by 1:50 pm.
Lunch and conference materials will be provided to all K-12 students. If there are any dietary restriction, please contact us 5 days in advance.
Presenters and volunteers: Plan your arrival 30 minutes to check-in the Lobby Suite on the 1st floor of the Union.
Logistics
- Vendors may check-in between 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the Lobby Suite on the 1st floor of the Union.
- The Resource Fair will run from 12:00 p.m - 1:45 p.m.
- Vendors will be provided one table and one chair. Please bring your own tablecloth/cover.
- There will be no table assignment; it is a first-come and first-serve.
Per university policy individual (s) who will be presenting on campus with minors, please review Your Guide to Working with Minors.
All youth will submit to their schools/teachers the Release of liability. Please download the waiver.
All adults/volunteers participating and working with minors must review and sign the Code of Conduct.
