Our Mission & Purpose
The Office for Equal Opportunity fosters an equitable environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as interpersonal violence for the Sac State community by responding to incident reports, consulting with campus partners, and delivering educational programs for students and employees.
OEO reviews and investigates allegations of Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation as it relates to protected status as well as Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Dating/Domestic Violence, and Stalking at CSUS.
OEO also provides trainings to campus constituents, and manages related Federal and State legal compliance requirements for students, employees, and University third parties.
