VIA University College
VIA University College is located in the Central Denmark Region, just an hour south of Copenhagen by train. One of Denmark's leading universities, VIA educates future engineers, designers, teachers, education specialists, physical therapists, and nurses. The exchange agreement between Sac State and VIA is housed under the college of Education and Social Sciences and is designed for students interested in pursuing a degree in education or working with children or families.
Classes may be taken at one of eight campuses located throughout the region. All of VIA’s campuses are newly built or newly renovated and offer modern facilities for our students. Participants are also able to take advantage of teaching internship programs in local Danish schools.

Housing
There are multiple accommodation options in VIA’s campus cities – dormitories, private apartments, house sharing – depending on preference and the length of your stay. Dormitories and house sharing offer great opportunities for socializing and meeting new friends and are more affordable. On the other hand, you own apartment will provide privacy and freedom.
In all cases, be alert if you are planning to rent from a private individual, make sure to have a contract and do not transfer any money until you are sure that everything is legitimate. The safest option is to rent through official channels such as housing associations.
Housing will depend on the city the student will be in:
