About Panopto
Instructional Video Management
Whether recording, editing, storing, or sharing, the Panopto instructional video platform offers faculty and students a host of features that make it a one-stop lecture capture, video production, and learning engagement tool. Panopto can be used as a standalone application, or as a Canvas or Zoom integration, and features:
- Ability to record live lectures or create on-demand videos
- Upload/edit existing videos from your computer or a third-party apps like Camtasia
- Unlimited storage capacity, and ability to sync and organize content into video libraries
- Helpful viewing analytics
- Built-in accessibility with automatic screen-generated captions
- "Discussions" feature and embedded quizzes to measure viewer engagement
