1. What are the different strategies that we use in teaching?

• How might they be categorized and analyzed?
• What kinds of strategies are more amenable to using powerpoint?
• How can powerpoint be used to increase student involvement ?
• How can powerpoint be used to invite students to think critically?

2. What are all of the different aspects powerpoint that are or can be used in the following presentations?

• Talking Walls
• Read the following article and use it to critique the powerpoint.(Use the rubric link). (Class discussion).
• Skim this two article. Are any of these criteria relevant to the K-12 classroom? (Class discussion).
  • Implementing the Seven Principles: Technology as a Lever

Missing: How the powerpoint is actually implemented. Create an additional part of the rubric. (Small groups then share with class.)
