Josephson Institute of Ethics reveals evidence that the moral fiber of American youth is weakening and warns us that, as this generation grows into decision-making positions, the situation is likely to be worse. A wide range of surveys, studies and statistical reports attest to this fact, depicting today's youth as the "IDI: I Deserve It Generation". As compared to the college students of the 60's, the contemporary youth are described as materialistic and self-centered instead of idealistic and patriotic.
