Spring Brunch w/ Faculty Grant Recipients, May 5, 2019

93 colleagues and friends attended the brunch on May 5th. Twenty-four door prizes donated by local businesses and individuals, with a total value of $1,573, were awarded during the event. View our local business partners and individual contributors.

We honored two recipients of this year's Faculty Development Grants, each with a $500 grant matched by their college dean. This year's award winners are:

Richard Armstrong, civil engineering
Kimberly Mulligan, biological sciences

Both recipients accepted their awards with genuine appreciation and provided some information on their reserach. View their bios

Thanks to Fel Ramey, Nancy Tooker and Laurel Heffernan who served on the selection committee for the grants.

A big thank you also goes out to the brunch planning committee, chaired by Nancy Fox, Event Coordinator, with committee members Janice Hayden, Shirley Vicari, Carol Downey, Kris Trigales and Cindy Martinez.
