Spring Brunch w/ Felicenne Ramey & Valhalla String Quartet, May 6, 2012

We had a very nice brunch with 94 attending. The food, music, speaker and cameraderie were enjoyable, thanks to the fine work of brunch committee members Larry Glasmire, Annette Karle, Karen Peterson and Jean Torcom. Special thanks also to event photographers Lou Lower, Kathy Glasmire and Linda Whyte.
Dean Emerita of the College of Business Administration gave a moving presentation on her interviews and photographs of senior African
Americans around the country. There were numerous questions and comments from the group. Association President Tom Griffith gave a brief report on the board's work this year, including the creation of annual Retiree Association scholoarships in the amount of $1500 each to be awarded to two offspring of current campus employees.
