2024-25 permits will be available June 1, 2024 (Using last year's permit after June 30, 2024 may result in a citation).

Parking Permits for 2024-25

Parking permits are now virtual. No need to display a sticker or hangtag on your vehicle. Your license plate is now your parking permit. Instructions on how to register your vehicle (you may register two vehicles) are included at the Emeritus/Retirees - Sac State UTAPS page:

If you have an active Saclink account, follow the first set of instructions for "Saclink Accounts". If you no longer have a Saclink account or forgot your password for the account, following the second set of instructions for "Guest Accounts."
