Homecoming Food Drive
October 14-19
All donations benefit the ASI Food Pantry. Monetary donations welcome in addition to select food products. Drop-off times will be Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Harper Alumni Center, or at the Homecoming Festival on Saturday, October 19 from 3 - 6 p.m.
Family Feud
Wednesday, October 25, 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Barnflix Outdoor Movie Night-Rocky Horror Picture
Wednesday, October 25, 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Drakes - The Barn, West Sacramento
Indulge in some outdoor entertainment under the starry sky at Drake’s the Barn Outdoor Movie Night. Join your fellow students for a fun-filled screening of "Rocky Horror Picture Show". Laugh together, enjoy tasty snacks, and revel in the magic of this unique cinematic experience. It's the perfect way to unwind and connect with your peers in a relaxed, outdoorsy setting.
Harvest Fest Open Climb
Thursday, Oct. 26, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
The Challenge Center, Sacramento State
Come enjoy fall fun at the Challenge Center! This harvest festival event will feature arts & crafts, games, booths, and climbing! The ropes course on campus (behind Yosemite Hall) will be open to climb. FREE! Consider bringing a canned food donation for the ASI Food Pantry.
Exhibit & Reception: The Seen Iranian Woman
Thursday, October 26, 5 - 8 p.m.
The University Union Gallery, Sacramento State
"The Seen Iranian Woman" is an exhibit aimed to bring awareness to what it's been like to be an Iranian woman in recent times through a showcase of fashion, art, poetry and history. Exhibit dates: October 23- November 16. Opening Lecture & Reception: Thursday, October 27, 5 p.m.-8 p.m.

It's time for some football! Put on your Sac State gear and head to the game as the Hornets take on the Stingers Up! When buying tickets, use promo code: SACSTALUM. Note: Hornet Stadium has a clear bag policy. Please plan accordingly.
Faculty and Staff
Homecoming Festival & Football Game
Saturday, October 19, 3-6 p.m.
All University faculty, staff and their families are invited to the Homecoming Festival and football game Saturday, Oct. 19, when the Hornets take on the Weber State Wildcats at 6 p.m. in Hornet Stadium. President Wood has made arrangements for all current and emeriti faculty and staff can reserve up to four (4) complimentary game tickets.

We are also excited to offer all University faculty and staff a Sac State branded gift, great for Hornet football games and other venues that have clear bag policies. The supply is limited and gifts will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. University Advancement will be distributing them at the Homecoming Festival from 3:00-5:30 p.m. or as long as supplies last. Please bring your OneCard.

Dance Marathon
Friday, October 18, 9 p.m. - 12 a.m., Harper Alumni Center
Dance Marathon returns for its 2024 edition and is open to ALL students! KSSU DJs will be spinning tracks from your favorite genres, the Residence Hall Association (RHA) will be leading fun games and activities between sets, and the Student Alumni Association (SAA) will be serving mocktails on our Kickback Lounge patio. Dancing, snacks, prizes, and fellow Hornets – what more do you need the night before the big Homecoming game? (Must have a valid Sac State student ID# to register; each student can bring one non-Sac State student guest.)

Hornet Football vs. Weber State
Saturday, October 19, 6 p.m. kick-off
It's time for some football! Put on your Sac State gear and head to the game. Students get one free ticket to the game, just use the link below then click 'Student Offer' to claim it. (Must have valid Sac State student ID# to claim or purchase.)

Golf Cart Parade
Deadline to enter: Checklist & Registration must be submitted by Monday, Oct. 16 @ 11:59 p.m.
Sac State's annual Homecoming Golf Cart Parade is coming back and bigger than ever! Sign up so that your golf cart can be JUDGED and for a chance to win the grand prize. Golf Cart Parade participants will take part in the Hornet Walk during the Homecoming Festival and loop around the track at halftime. Additional details about decorating are in the guidelines. Stingers Up!
Golf Cart Parade participants must complete and submit the Homecoming Driver Authorization Checklist materials (DUE: Monday, Oct. 16 @ 11:59 p.m.).
Use the Golf Cart Parade sign-up form to sign-up your organization or department and submit your Homecoming Driver Authorization documents. Participants will receive a confirmation email once their Authorization Packet is received.
