SSAA President's Campaign
Wally's House Party - Wed., June 28!
This year, I am honored to serve as President of your Alumni Association Board of Directors and hope to see you at a tailgating event or in the stands. I’ve recently noticed not all alumni and community members can access our stadium or join us for large events. While we’ve made great strides in accessibility, I believe our Sacramento State Alumni Association can do more to provide an accommodating space.
I am leading a campaign to expand the Harper Alumni Center to enhance community access to events for those who cannot navigate the football stadium or basketball gym, cannot endure severe outdoor elements, have limited mobility, or cannot participate in large gatherings.
This inclusive approach helps our Hornet family remain connected and allows all to show their support for our current students. Your support provides:
- Expanded openings to create a large indoor/outdoor space for gatherings
- Add large portable television screens to stream events
- Enhanced sound equipment
I invite you to join me as an Access Opportunity Champion to help more people participate in our incredible events and programs. I am committed to reaching this goal and leaving a lasting impact. Can I count on you to join me?

Thanks for being an Access Opportunity Champion!
Giving opportunities exist at all levels from $500 to $25,000 and above. Your support provides technology upgrades for viewing live events and expanded entry points for greater access to the Harper Alumni Center. Gifts of $2,500 or more can be pledged over five years. Donors contributing $5,000 or more will be recognized on the donor wall inside the Harper Alumni Center. We have set an ambitous goal of raising $100,000 by June 30, 2023.
