Academic Continuity Plan (ACP)
The Academic Continuity Plan (ACP) was created to help departments create their ACP quickly and thoroughly. The ACP has similar questions as the Sac State Ready software but is formatted in a form style with questions that pertain specifically to academic offices and is accessible through a Cognito form embedded within a Sac State, Risk Management webpage. Here are a few of the features the ACP has.
- The user is self-guided through the form to enter responses to the questions.
- Some of the questions have the option to “Add Additional” information. Some questions, when answered, will have additional questions to respond to.
- The ACP has “Standard Critical Functions” that the user can check the box for and the Critical Function will populate within the form. This will allow the user to see the standard language other departments are using and either accept it or modify the information to fit their department. There are additional questions they will need to answer to complete the Critical Function.
- Once the user has completed the ACP, they will have the option to upload additional documents before submitting their plan for Risk Management to review. The department will receive a “DRAFT” PDF of their plan for their temporary records.
- Risk Management will receive a notification stating that the Department’s ACP has been submitted and is ready for review.
