About This Organization
The Project for an Informed Electorate is housed at the Institute for Social Research at California State University, Sacramento, and directed by Kim L. Nalder, Professor of Political Science.
The Project for an Informed Electorate's mission is to empower citizens by fostering greater understanding of politics, policy, and government. We are dedicated to identifying, creating, and disseminating accurate, trustworthy, open, and non-partisan information.
We do so by conducting academic research, organizing public events, and pursuing innovative means of achieving innovative means of achieving widespread civic knowledge.

- "Why We Vote" art exhibit, Oct. 7 to Nov. 7 at the University Union Exhibit Lounge (2nd floor of the University Union) Artists can submit work Sept. 23-26. Info here.
