15 Students Study Abroad in Ghana in July 2023
15 students traveled to Ghana in July for an exciting opportunity to study comparative perspectives on law and justice. They spent 14 days visiting Accra, Cape Coast, and Kumasi. They attended presentations on the Ghana Legal System, visited the High Court Complex and a Community Alternative Dispute Resolution Center to observe proceedings and, and met the Chief Justice of Ghana, Gertrude Torkornoo. They also experienced Ghanaian culture through city tours, food, and visits to a variety of locales including Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, the Cape Coast Castle and the Global Mamas international free trade organization.
