Unit 11 Student Employment
Student employees play a vital role in filling employment needs in the College of Arts & Letters departments and are an integral part of our success.

- ASE/Unit 11 Application (student completes & submits to hiring department/program)

- Exception Letter can be done in a Word Documnet and should be from the Dept. Chair. It is required if:
- Low GPA, or Does not meet or Exceeds Unit load
- Undergraduate Students Unit
- Load: 6 min – 15 max per semester
- GPA Minimum: 2.50 (overall), newly admitted students: 2.50 GPA
- Graduate Students
- Unit Load: 4 min – 12 max per semester
- GPA Minimum: 3.00 (overall), newly admitted students: 2.75 GPA
- Undergraduate Students Unit
- Low GPA, or Does not meet or Exceeds Unit load
Payroll Services
Payroll Services is responsible for processing all documentation associated with the issuance of payroll warrants to all employees including special consultants, casual workers and student assistants.
