4. Exception Letter can be done in a Word Documnet and should be from the Dept. Chair. It is required if:
   • Low GPA, or Does not meet or Exceeds Unit load
     • Undergraduate Students Unit
       • Load: 6 min – 15 max per semester
       • GPA Minimum: 2.50 (overall), newly admitted students: 2.50 GPA
     • Graduate Students
       • Unit Load: 4 min – 12 max per semester
       • GPA Minimum: 3.00 (overall), newly admitted students: 2.75 GPA

Payroll Services

Payroll Services is responsible for processing all documentation associated with the issuance of payroll warrants to all employees including special consultants, casual workers and student assistants.
