Sacramento State supports the resolution of employee complaints based on a complaint procedure that facilitates a fair and equitable review of the issues arising during employment with the University. This page is designed to help you navigate the different complaint processes for unrepresented staff and represented academic and staff employees.

Below, please find a chart outlining the different types of complaint processes on this campus:
