Zoom Phone Pilot
In early 2024, IRT will lead pilot testing of the Zoom Phone software tool to evaluate its potential as a replacement for the current Avaya desk and soft phone systems. Pilot testing will occur in two phases and include a diverse group of campus administrative and technical staff, as well as faculty members.
Pilot Testing/Feedback
- Phase 1: IRT Division Testing (January 9 - February 9, 2024)
- Phase 2: Testing by select business and faculty partners (February 13 – March 13, 2024)
