Office for Equal Opportunity
The Office for Equal Opportunity (OEO) is the department appointed by the University to address any issues of discrimination, harassment or retaliation. Among other responsibilities, OEO offers training and outreach to campus constituents on these important topics, provides consultations, and fosters adherence to University policies. These policies include prohibitions against sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. Students, employees, or third parties who believe they have experienced harassment, discrimination, or retaliation based on a *protected status should promptly contact us for more information on resources and options.
