Week 12 Technology Plan
The purpose of this activity is to develop documentation for the following aspects of CCTC Technology Standards:
Contributes to site-based planning or local decision making regarding the use of technology and acquisition of technological services. (P12)
Each "school" has a guaranteed amount of $20,000 to spend. There is an auxillary fund that is competitive with other school sites.
1. Individually: Pick a specific grade level and a subject area (or particular class).
2. You may work alone or in a small group (with at least one person who has the School Inventory completed.) People who have not been able to complete the School Inventory must work with at least one other person who has completed the School Inventory.
To Form groups:
- At least one group member with a School Inventory
- May have 2-3 people with no School Inventory
3. In your group, share each persons projects/lessons and technology needs. Create a priority list of technology needs in your group.
4. Share the School Inventory that you will be using for a foundation for your Site-Based Technology Plan. State as a problem what you need in addition to what you have to implement each person's five projects/lessons? e.g The problem is we have no Internet access in our classrooms.

6. The task of the group: Create an interactive Powerpoint to present to the rest of the class on class meeting number 14.
7. The group plan:
