Column headings for each of the labs
When you open the data files, make sure to use commas as the delimiting character. If it does not prompt you for the delimiting character and puts all of the data into one column. Go to Data and select Text to Columns. Once the data is parsed out, column B is the strain and column E is the stress. The data is in English units. You can also check the data against the data sheets that were printed out in lab. You can check the maximum of the column for stress and make sure that it corresponds to the information on the data sheet.
Data for the first lab. You will need to know the test number for the test that you ran. Click here to get the data for your lab. The data is in ASCII format.
Data for the second lab. Again, you will need to know the
test number to get the data.
Click here to get the data for your group.
Data for the third lab. You don't need to know the test
number for this set of data. There is another file in the list
that includes the information on the tests that is not included in
the tensile data files with the material names. Click
here to get the data for your group.
Spreadsheet for the fourth lab
You can use this as a check. Let me know what you think.

This web site has the free image processing software (NIH Image) for the Mac. Good for particle size distributions. Does more advanced image calculations such as subtractions, Fourier transforms, and has other image processing routines.
This web site has the beta version for a PC NIH Image. Click
on the "Download Scion Image Processing Software" button at the
bottom of the page.
