Details
Writes binary 8 bit data D7 D6 D5 D4 D3 D2 D1 D0 to the CG RAM or the DD RAM.
Write data into DD RAM if the command follows a previous Set DD RAM Address command, or
write data into CG RAM if the command follows a previous Set CG RAM Address command.

After the write, the address is automatically incremented or decremented by 1 according to entry mode. The entry mode also determines display shift.
