John Seely Brown is a VP of "The Document Company" and a visionary whose ideas are said to be changing the world we live in.  How appropriate do you consider his leadership and his message to the k-12 learning community?

Evaluate the web as a new medium.  Consider its appropriateness as a transformative medium.  Consider carefully the assertion by JSB that "...a sense of self confidence about being able to learn..."  will lead to mastery of broader sets of learning media.

Describe educational entrepreneurs.  These are people who will shape the web for learning.  Consider what will be necessary to challenge the status quo.  Is JSB completely off the mark in this regard?  Do we have any bricoleurs in our ranks?
