What to Expect:

Lab and lecture begin Monday, August 30st. Attendance is mandatory.

You MUST have completed Chem 1A with a C or better. No exceptions. You must bring a copy of your transcripts (unofficial is fine) to your lab instructor the first week of lab. If you do not have transcripts that state you received a C or better in Chem 1A, you will be required to drop the course.

If you meet these requirements and you wish to add...
•    On the first day of lab, you must attend lab and put your name on the add list.
•    Chemistry majors will be added first, then grad. seniors, seniors, juniors etc.
•    Please do not sign up for the OWL homework until you are sure you are in a section.
•    Those wishing to switch sections must first drop from the section in which you are enrolled before adding to another section. You must sign the add-list and we cannot guarantee enrollment in the desired section.

Lab Schedule:
•    Quizzes will be given in LAB.
•    Attendance in laboratory is mandatory and safety is of paramount importance. See the syllabus for policies.
•    If you do not have the prelab assignment completed, you will not be allowed to participate in the lab.
•    If you are not dressed properly, you will not be allowed to participate in the lab.
•    If you are late and missed the pre-lab discussion, you will not be allowed to take the quiz OR participate in the lab.
