Posters: Posters should fit onto a 3' x 4' tri-fold poster board for display. The trifold poster board and push pins will be provided.
Oral presentations: Oral presentations should be prepared as PowerPoint talks. We will have Windows computers running Powerpoint 2007. The talks are planned for 20 minute time slots (15 minute presentation plus 5 minutes Q&A).

The non-presenter registration forms may be submitted using the "submit" button on the form, or by saving the form as a pdf file and sending as it as an e-mail attachment to Benjamin Gherman, or (failing the first two methods) by sending the information in the text of an e-mail to Benjamin Gherman.

Abstracts (for presentations and posters) and Non-Presenter Registrations are due by Friday, April 23, 2010.

  • Please use the form in the above hyperlink to submit abstracts. The information required for submission is indicated on the form.
  • Abstracts should be limited to 200 words.
  • One figure (in jpg, gif, or tif format) may be included for the abstract, and should be sent as a separate e-mail attachment to Benjamin Gherman.
  • Forms may submitted using the "submit" button at the bottom of the pdf forms or by saving the file as a pdf and e-mailing the form to Benjamin Gherman.
  • You will need adobe acrobat reader to fill out the form. This is a free program available for Mac or PC and can be downloaded from adobe at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
