ART 117B: Art of China and Japan:
Provides a broad overview of the architectural remains and visual arts of China and Japan from prehistory to the present. Consideration will be given to the art styles, iconography, history, geography, ethnic populations, languages, and religions (i.e., Buddhism, Taoism, and Shintoism) of each region. 3 units.
