Background

Timothy Albright is a twenty-year veteran of law enforcement with a diverse professional and educational background. He is passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of law enforcement leaders.

Timothy is currently a sworn police manager within a Northern California law enforcement agency and is also an Adjunct faculty memeber with California State University, Sacramento.  Timothy enjoys the personal growth from interacting with the future leaders within the law enforcement profession. In the classroom, he takes advantage of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of students and makes each day an opportunity to learn from those same students.

Through pragmatic approaches to everyday leadership challenges, Timothy works to shed light upon and demystify the leadership walk within the ever-changing, yet rich with tradition world of law enforcement. He believes this is accomplished through continual coaching, developing and mentoring.
