Ann Y. Mouss

I am a twenty-six year old returning student. I am going for a second bachelors degree in English. I have an older and younger sister. I have lived in Sacramento most of my life and was born in California. I share an apartment with my roommate and her cat not far from campus. I work full-time as a laboratory technician. I always have loved to read but I did not get interested in science fiction until my early teens. I not only read sci-fi but I love to watch it also. I have probably seen way too many corny sci-fi movies and I have a host of sci-fi shows I like including Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rogers, The Twilight Zone, The X-Files and Sliders 9 but not the new season of Sliders). I am also a movie fan ( I am not quite knowledgeable enough to call myself a buff). I enjoy classic movies and horror films (I am almost as big a horror fan as a sci-fi fan and probably have read and seen more horror than sci-fi). I love to cook and at one time wanted to be a chef. I also enjoy crossword puzzles and pottery. I adore music particularly classical music. Most of my hobbies are sedate now but I use to enjoy running and weight lifting. I plan to stay in California and hope to become a teacher.
