Who am I?

I am a leisure studies professor who loves teaching, wellness, lifestyle coaching, rugby, golf, rock climbing, trail running, and ropes courses. I am presently coaching the UC Davis Men's Rugby Club, as well as serving as the faculty advisor for the California State University Sacramento Men's Rugby Club.
