The 15th Annual State Politics and Policy Conference will be held May 28-30, 2015 on the campus of the California State University, Sacramento. This year's conference will focus on state political reform, with particular attention to the question of whether reform moves us toward improved outcomes, or whether it reflects a churning cycle of change.
