WUE - Western Undergraduate Exchange montage

The Western Undergraduate Exchange ( WUE) is a program that allows admitted students from participating Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education ( WICHE) to pay tuition fees which are 150% of the regular California resident rate.

WICHE Members eligible to participate in WUE include:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
