Set aside an hour a week to plan your entire week. Make time to study, hang out, relax, eat, and ‘meditate.’

Join organizations early! It’s a great way to make friends, get involved, network, find internships and so much more.

Being a cheerleader – I have a lot of pride in this school. I love that we are not a university, but a community. Through the years I’ve found that this school is a lot smaller than I thought, but that’s what I love about it. I love always seeing a familiar face!

Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone to find your niche on campus. Ask questions; people want to help you succeed.

Art History because I took this class only to fulfill the GE requirement, but I got a lot more out of it than just an A in the class and a check next to my academic requirements. The class sparked an interest for me in art and traveling.
